... what excatly precipitated these particular postings? well, in a nutshell, i had a problem with a computer that held the last 2.5-3.0 years worth of pictures from my newest camera (a gift from a loved one to boot)! well the damn machine had a huge colorful meltdown and i lost all of the info off the disk. that shit happens i guess, but all the fond memories of trips, family, and loved ones are gone. i was in a lil state of confusion and disbelief. i shit my pants is what happened. so when i found these i felt good about those years like they were'nt even lost. so much so, i just had to savor them in prose :)
